In my opinion no, because of a few reasons. One it would make it more tempting to sleep even longer for some. Two dinner would end up being during school dependent on how long the time shift is and I definitely don't want two school meals. Last of all since you're released later you're expected to still do homework and at an even later time.

Depending on how you look at it yes it can buy happiness. Although the happiness may be artificial or short lasting it still provides happiness, for example when you were a small child and you buy a toy you really wanted your reaction would probably be happy and you would play with it until you got bored that's technically a form of happiness. Another example could be when you go to an expensive restaurant (or a burger place) when you buy your food and eat and enjoy it you're happy at the moment that you eat it so that also technically happiness. In conclusion even if the things you buy with money only gives you a moment of happiness it technically still makes you happy thus you're buying happiness.
In my opinion the matter of technology getting in the way of learning depends on the person. For example is its someone who likes games then they would probably be distracted easily, but if its a student that prioritizes schoolwork over entertainment then no it wouldn't. So all in all it depends on the person and their behaviors.
Occasionally we get those weeks where it rains and rains pretty hard, Though many people often dislike the rain I for one enjoy it. I find the rain calming especially at night the sound of it tapping also is very nice, it saves watering plants. However the things I don't like about rain is being in it, I cant every take my instrument home giving me less practice time which screws me up for private lessons, and especially in winter AFTER the rain it freezes up and I cant walk 2 feet outta my house without almost falling being the oblivious silly person I am.
Well lately i've been on a downward spiral of grades, Algebra 1 under 60, French 72, while my english and orchestra are fine the prior grades mentioned aren't so good. Algebra for one has been improving the only reason for my downward spiral in that class was because of my 3 day flu b (which by the way was my second flu in the span of 5 months, I had flu A in Oct) which caused me to miss notes and coming back having to take a quiz I was not prepared for, in fact I had 2 quizzes unprepared for. In french which has been a bit better as well but just like algebra I had quizzes unprepared for which really jabbed at my grades, as of now I have done corrections for both algebra quizzes and have yet to do anything about french but am working towards better grades.
